Eric Gibson, Economic Development Director

Eric Gibson has worked in the economic development field for more than 10 years, supporting municipalities, counties, and regional authorities across the United States to improve their economic futures and quality of life. Eric has led several redevelopment projects, launched various public-private partnerships and economic development organizations, and has executed on strategic planning and implementation projects from small rural communities to major metropolitan areas.
Kelli Pendleton, Assistant Economic Development Director

Kelli Pendleton is the Assistant Economic Development Director and will be leading our Business Retention & Expansion program, which focuses on supporting existing businesses in Ogden. Kelli is returning home to Utah after living in the southeast United States for the past 25 years. She has vast experience in communications and business & community development having been a Chamber of Commerce president for several years. She also has a long history of working advocacy issues in the defense industry and is currently a Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army.
KC Sanders, Business Recruitment Manager

Meet KC Sanders. With a strong passion for communication, he brings expertise to all his endeavors. KC has an impressive list of clients, which includes Weber State University, The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, DreamWorks Animation, NASA, the United States Olympic Team, FedEx, and more. Originally from Ogden, Utah, KC enjoys traveling and going on new adventures with his family.
Jonnalyne Walker, Senior Project Coordinator

As a Senior Project Coordinator, Jonnalyne Walker analyzes various development and community reinvestment projects to quantify and access the economic, physical, and social impacts to determine project feasibility and eligibility for incremental gap financing.
Mindy Nicholas, Administrative Assistant

Mindy Nicholas is the administrative assistant for the Community and Economic Development Department.
Julio Otay, Senior Project Coordinator Business Information Center (BIC)

Julio Otay, Senior Project Coordinator at the Business Information Center, provides support and resources to small businesses as well as manages the Technical Assistance Program and Business Loan Programs.
Jeanette Castel, Office Loan Assistant (BIC)

As the Office Loan Assistant at the Ogden Business Information Center, Jeanette assists her team with supporting the BIC’s Technical Assistance and Business Loan Programs. Combining her passion for entrepreneurship and lending experience, she is dedicated to supporting small business growth in Ogden through her work at the BIC. Outside of work, she channels her creativity by growing her own business ventures, cherishing quality time with her family or volunteering with non-profit organizations that celebrate Hispanic culture.
