Ogden City Collections

Per city ordinance 4-6-3, each account transferred to Ogden City Collections will be assessed a $50 collection fee.
Additional collection efforts will be used to collect unpaid balances that may include legal action, the involvement of an outside collection agency, and the garnishment of any State of Utah tax return.
