Established in Utah back in 1978, Williams International is expanding further in Weber County. The Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity (GOEO) awarded Williams International a post-performance tax reduction through their corporate incentive program known as Economic Development Tax Increment Financing (EDTIF).
