Accessibility

Ogden Twilight welcomes all differently abled attendees and is dedicated to continually improving efforts to ensure attendees have access to all goods and services, regardless of ability. For more information concerning Ogden City's ADA commitment, visit Here

ADA Tickets: An elevated platform is available in the General Admission area for guests requiring accessibility accommodations. Seating on this platform is reserved exclusively for ADA patrons and one accompanying guest, if available. No special tickets or reservations are required—simply speak to our House Staff at the gates to obtain an Accessibility Wristband. Please note that viewing areas have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: The wristband does not guarantee a spot in these areas. We cannot save or reserve seats or areas on the platform. Once it’s determined that an accessible viewing area is filled (including adequate aisle space for entering and exiting the area), the area will not be available for additional entry.

OGDEN TWILIGHT WILL ONLY ACCEPT TICKETS FROM 24TIX. NO OTHER TICKET VENDOR IS ACCEPTED. BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE BUYING ONLINE.

ELIGIBILITY

ADA resources are finite and are in place to help those who legitimately require assistance. It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to accommodations. We ask that companions or anyone with a temporary condition yield the accessible platform section to those with ADA needs.

PARKING

ADA Stalls are located in front of the James v. Hansen Federal Building or parking for the Ogden Municipal Building (parking lot located off 26th street). Please note that many ADA stalls require some travel to the main gates of the Ogden Amphitheater. Please plan routes ahead of time or plan for drop-off.

WHEELCHAIRS & MOBILITY DEVICES

All patrons are encouraged to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and medical scooters. Jazzy Scooters cannot be accommodated. All bags and baskets are subject to search by gate security.

PATHWAYS

The Venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities, however, both grass and cobblestone surfaces might hinder speed and comfortability.

For more information about accessible spaces in the Ogden Amphitheater, please view the ADA map.

Additional Service Requests

Ogden Twilight will consider any request by an attendee with a disability for reasonable modification of its policies, practices, or procedures that will permit the attendee equal enjoyment of the goods and services offered at the venue. We encourage guests to make any such request as far in advance as possible to enhance our ability to evaluate and fulfill the request.

In continually trying to make the venue more accessible, guests are encouraged to contact us at Amphitheater@ogdencity.com for any accessibility-related needs. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about ADA policies or services.
