Overgrown lawns and tall weeds, over 6" in height.
- Maximum height for properties with a structure can only be 6 “ and properties without a structure can be 12”
Failure to keep alleyways clear.
- Alleys must be mowed and kept clean by the property owners that touch the alley.

- All vehicles must be operable and registered.
Junk, debris and salvage materials.
- Junk, debris, and salvage material is prohibited, all items that are not manufactured and meant to be outside need to be stored inside.

- All parking on private property must be in an approved area and an approved surface.
Open and accessible vacant buildings.
- Open and Accessible vacant buildings become an attractive nuisance to vagrants and need to be kept secured.
Installing flat work, over sized sheds, and fences without a permit.
Registering of vacant buildings.
- Whenever a building in has been vacant for more than 90 days it must be registered. Click here vacant building permit
Snow Removal
- -All snow and ice must be removed from the sidewalk within 24 hours of the end of the storm. Snow and ice from private property may not be placed in the public way.
